We have our own factory, so we can offer the best goods, which have the lowest price, what’s more, we have strictly privacy policy, so it\'s safe and convenient for you to shop. What’s more, our shoes are from our factory directly, so the quality is best, but the price is low.Our team will try our best to give every customer the best service!

Quality: Before we send shoes to you, we check them carefully, if it’s flaw shoes, we must return them to our factory to change new ones. You know, we just offer our customer the best goods.

Shipping time: Our processing time is 2-3 days, if big size 40-47, it need our factory to customize, so if size 40-47, the processing time is 4-6 days.

We have three shipping methods: China post (12-19 working days, sometimes about one month), EMS (5-10 working days), DHL (2-5 working days).

Payment methods: We accept many payments: Credite Card, Money gram, West union, Money brokers. Importantly, we advice you choose Escrow as the payment method, because it can protect you well :)

After service:  If the shoes you received have quality problems, pls contact us within 3 days after you received your package. If it’s quality problems, pls take a photo to us, then we can check it, then we can ship one new shoes to you for free. If it’s not quality problem, and you want to change or return, you need to pay the shipping fee by yourself when returning, pls understand.
